Don’t be so slow as to inconvenience other motorists

Excessive speed has always been associated with the causation of traffic accidents because often times than not, a speeding drivers would fail to control their vehicles should a hazard interpose itself. Drivers have often argued that they have been driving within the designated speed each time an accident occurred. True as that may be, it could have been that the regulated was high under the existing hazardous circumstances. Take for instance, the surface of the road when it is raining; it would be wet, slippery and flooded with water. Some motorist would get into traffic from the comfort of their chairs for a lazy drive with no destination in particular. The said driver would keep their cool and continue to drive that slowly. Everyone will blame the overtaking driver whereas the root cause of the accident would have been engineered by the laissez-faire driving of an inconsiderate motorists driving to no destination in particular.

This kind of drivers seem not even to use their rear mirrors and appreciate the queue or congestion of traffic behind them whilst they, “stroll,” with their vehicles on the road.

USING THE CELL PHONE WHILST DRIVING

There is a trending vice in most drivers in traffic who use their cell phones as they drive. It started earlier on with drivers receiving or making calls whilst driving. Many have lost control, of their vehicles as they would veer off the road and crash way out of the road. Others would hit other vehicles from behind because their attention and focus would have been removed from the road. However, with the upgrade of cellphones, drivers chat and text as they drive and that directly resulting in the extremely slow movement of their vehicles. It is a common sight to overtake an excessively slow driver and catch them glued unto their cell phone because they are fascinated by what they are reading or occupied with what they typing on the cell phone. Those cars would engage in irregular speed, this time its normal, the next they are dead slow and in another instance (s) he is literally blocking the road. Road rage and reckless driving has occurred as other drivers.
