Auction Notice

Sincephetelo Motor Vehicle Accidents Fund is inviting interested bidders to an auction of its commercial property situated in Mbabane, Gwamile Street, Lot 43, CBD.

Interested candidates must hand deliver a sealed bid offer containing the following:

1. Expression of Interest duly signed by the Company/individual or authorised representative.
2. Declaration of eligibility.
3. Offer letter.
4. A bank guarantee to provide financing up to the reserve price of the building or a stamped bank statement confirming availability of Funds.
5. Company and or Individual’s documents required:
   1. Form C
   1. Form J
   1. Tax compliance certificate
   1. Certified Copies of National IDs of individuals, directors and or authorised signatories
   1. Name and designation of contact person

• Viewing of the property will be conducted on the 2^nd and 3^rd of March 2023.
• The submission of the above documents will close on the 10^th of March 2023.
• The opening of bids will be undertaken on the 17 March 2023. Bidders shall be advised on the auction venue timeously.
• All submissions and/ queries shall be forwarded to assets@mva.org.sz.
• Applications may be modified or withdrawn in writing, prior to the closing time specified in this request. Applications shall not be modified or withdrawn after the 10 March 2023.
• The Company/individual will bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the application and the SMVAF will not in any manner be responsible and liable for the costs incurred.
• All information given in writing to or verbally shared with the bidders and the SMVAF with this request is to be treated as strictly confidential. The Company/individual will not share or invoke such information to any third party without the prior written approval of SMVAF. This obligation shall continue after the bidding process has been completed whether or not the company/individual was successful.
• SMVAF reserves the right to accept or reject any application, and to cancel the bidding process and reject all applications, at any time without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/individuals or any obligation to inform the affected Companies/individual of the ground for SMVAF’s action.
