January 30, 2023SMVAF CEO David Myeni today presented officers from the Fund’s different divisions with their Certificates of Excellence during the Fund’s 4th quarter Employee Recognition Awards. The winners are Tengetile Masuku (Business Intelligence Manager – Operations Manager of the quarter), Menzi Shongwe (Case Management Officer – Operations Employee of the quarter) and Phephile Dlamini (Corporate Communications Officer – Corporate Services Employee of the quarter).
These awards are aimed at increasing staff participation and team building amongst employees,. Furthermore, motivate and encourage continual excellence in the provision of services to the public, as well as the execution of the Seamless Sincephetelo Strategy 20/24.
