March 26, 2025The Sincephetelo MVA Fund brought together industry leaders to share insights on enhancing customer experience. The event featured impactful contributions from the SMVAF CEO David Mfanimpela Myeni, EWSC Managing Director Jabulile Mashwama, and Business Eswatini CEO E. Nathi Dlamini.
Myeni emphasized the Fund’s commitment to reinventing itself in response to challenges posed by its 2011 legislation. While legislative constraints limit financial aid in some cases, the Fund is improving processes for efficiency, convenience, and stronger engagement with claimants and the public. Commendation was given to EWSC for its success in process management and leveraging technology to improve customer service.
Mashwama highlighted the importance of customer centricity in building loyalty, enhancing brand reputation, and driving continuous improvement. She stressed the need for efficient data management and inclusive digitalization, ensuring solutions cater to all customers, including those without access to advanced technology.
Dlamini underscored that the customer should be the center of all organizational efforts. Leadership, he noted, is about behavior not title and one should embody a servant attitude. He emphasized the shared responsibility of customer service and aligning company values with customer-centric practices.
This event reinforced the critical role of innovation, inclusivity, and strong leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
